Strategic Marketing Plan (5 Year Plan)
Every company needs a 5 year marketing plan. More specifically, if you need to present a plan to your bank for a loan, looking to submit your business idea for a government grant, a start-up company or if you have never made a marketing or business plan, this is the ideal program.

Ths plan includes:

  • Market Research, Trends Analysis, Location Review and Product Cost Analysis
  • Customer Insight
  • Competition Analysis
  • Marketing Strategy
  • Tactical Design
  • Budget & Measurment
This is an in-dept plan and takes from 1 - 3 months to complete. This plan incorporates all the branches of your business including finances, forecasting and budgeting.

Reasons a marketing plan fails:
  • Plan is based on what your internal team wants - and not external factors, financial considerations and consumer insight.
  • Plan is not updated regularly - because you let your ego believe you understand your market like no one else.  Or, your company is either sales or technology driven, either one is a short-term vision for your company.
  • You are too niche focused - and unable to see the competition or changes ahead.
  • Content in your plan is fluff - there was not enough background information, market research.  You decided to develop your marketing plan with a template.
